COVID-19 GUIDELINES
We take your health and safety very seriously and are continuously assessing risks and adjustments accordingly. We will keep our guidelines regularly updated in line with changing government guidelines.
The government is currently removing remaining domestic restrictions in England. However, there are still steps we can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19.
Please do not attend class if you any of the following:
-
A high temperature
-
A new continuous cough
-
A loss of or change to your taste or smell
-
You are waiting for a Covid-19 test result
-
You have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 or is waiting for a test result
-
You have recently returned from a high risk country or region.

Studios
We work at a range of studios so please read the guidelines for the studio you’re going to before attending our classes. The sorts of protocols vary slightly, but you might expect:
-
One way systems to get people in and out of the building.
-
Bring your own water bottle filled from home (most places will not have water-refilling).
-
No changing rooms (come as ready as possible to dance).
-
Masks in communal areas, and potentially for dancing.
-
Open windows (bring layers).
-
No equipment sharing (e.g. mats, water bottles, clothes).
-
Available toilets.
-
Hand-sanitising at every opportunity.
-
More thorough cleaning procedures in place in each venue (daily or between classes)
Mask wearing
At present mask-wearing for dancing is left to the participants choice.
Coughing and Sneezing
Please make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve and follow the governments ‘Catch it, Bin it, Kill it’ advice:

This is a work in progress. If you would like to get in touch or share any of your thoughts, concerns or advice, please do contact us.
